Super Algidity!

While I was a hardware monkey at the TCC, we got a whole bunch of cheap CPU fans. They were clear plastic and from somewhere on the Asian Rim where English translators were at a premium. I wasn't smart enough to scan the box, but Thorn Roby kindly sent me a scan of the front and back.
